Fordland Clinic offers family practice, dental, and mental health services with a focus on prevention. We have a variety of providers to meet our patients’ needs – doctors and nurse practitioners, along with dentists, dental hygienists, and social workers.
Our providers use a patient-centered approach to healthcare, treating each patient as an entire person rather than an illness, providing a positive patient experience from entrance to exit, and doing their best to ensure positive outcomes for each person who walks through the door.
Fordland Clinic’s goal is to remove barriers to receiving quality healthcare. One of the ways that we remove barriers to care is by accepting many forms of payment, including most insurance, along with Medicaid and Medicare. We also offer a sliding fee scale if you don’t have insurance

Fordland Clinic is a non-profit community health center. Our goal is to provide the same access to quality healthcare for everyone, no matter their income or insurance. We accept most private insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. The clinic also has a sliding fee scale based on income for patients who are uninsured or underinsured.

Price Cutter Charity Championship
Volunteer your time at the clinic, at the Price Cutter Charity Championship. Each summer, as part of the Price Cutter Charity Championship golf tournament, we sell sweepstakes tickets for the chance to win a new truck, $10,000, or 500 other prizes. All proceeds benefit the clinic.
