Fordland Clinic will be offering a 6-week diabetic education course starting in January. This course is offered free of charge to all area residents. This course will help you better understand diabetes and give you the tools you need to help manage your health. You will have fun learning through games, activities, and conversations.

This course includes materials such as recipes, ideas for exercise, information on how to reduce stress, and much more.

You will be required to attend all 6 weeks to receive your certificate of completion. Along with your certificate of completion, you will be given a voucher for a free month membership at the YMCA in Seymour.  The first class will start on January 3^rd, 2018. The class will be from 2:30 PM – 5 PM every Wednesday for six consecutive weeks.  Please call Jamie Holden at 417-767-2273 ext. 2017 to reserve your spot.  Spots are limited, but we will be offering these classes every 6 weeks.  If you do not get into this class, we will get you into an upcoming course!
