Fordland Clinic was founded in 1996. Originally located on Main St. in Fordland, MO. Fordland Clinic moved to its current location in Fordland in 2001. Opening its second location in Kimberling City, MO in 2012 and third location in Springfield, MO in 2019. We exist to serve the needs of our local and surrounding communities and are always looking for ways to expand our services and reach additional patients. Fordland Clinic is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors that meet monthly.

Fordland Clinic is a non-profit community health center. Providing the same access to quality healthcare to everyone, no matter their income or insurance, race, or ethnicity and leading the community in quality, affordable healthcare by offering comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services.

Our providers use a patient-centered approach to healthcare, treating each patient as an entire person rather than an illness, providing a positive patient experience from entrance to exit, newborn to senior and doing their best to ensure positive outcomes for each person who walks through the door. We have a variety of providers to meet our patients’ needs – doctors and nurse practitioners, along with dentists, dental hygienists, behavioral health consultants, social workers.
